Cosy Castle Lodge is a 16th Century Lakeland self catering cottage full of character, with the old exposed beams, traditional furniture and comfy beds.

If you want to leave your car, Borrowdale Valley has a local bus service running to the nearby market town of Keswick. Alternatively get a bus to Lodore then catch one of the many lake cruises which will take you round Derwentwater (Lake District's widest lake) and drop you off near the town.
